PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During holidays, restocks, or special promotions, processing may take a bit longer—but every order is worth the wait.
PREORDERS & DELAYS
Some items may be listed as preorders or made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. These orders may require additional time before shipping, especially for freshly cured soaps or limited seasonal releases.
If there’s ever a delay, we’ll notify you by email with an updated shipping timeline.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location. We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier service times.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
